Job Description
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Create a business use case diagram for managing accounts.
- Design user journey map.
- Prepare specifications documents.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with clients and technicians.
- Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
- Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Serving as a liaison between Developers and users.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Job Requirements
- Competency in computer skills.
- Expert in (MS Office/ Adobe)
- Good Commend in English in both skills verbal and written.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commercial awareness
- Experience in UML is plus
- Experience with UML modeling tools is plus
- Traditional process management analysis (SRS)
- Ability to user journey map and use case diagram
- An interest in, and understanding of, project management techniques and computing systems
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual and creative thinking skills.
- Expert creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability in leading and supporting successful projects.
- Background in software is a must.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
- A bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent.
