Job Description
- Greeting parents, visitors and directing them to the designated areas.
- Answering phone calls and transferring them to required department.
- Maintaining the filing system (bulk mails, correspondences etc.)
- Receiving emails and distributing them.
- Making appointments and carrying out administrative tasks.
- Dealing with students who come late, take the proper action and inform the head of department.
- Keeping a copy of teachers/parents’ meeting schedules and giving appointments accordingly.
- Collecting parents’ complaint and suggestion forms and tracking them.
- Providing admin assistance to the International Elementary, Middle and High school departments; this would include communication with parents where and when needed (Fixing appointments).
- Assist in all logistics related to events.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Education: Holding Bachelor degree & graduated from a language school
- Computer skills: Office 2007 (Worksheets: Excel/Word/other etc..) outlook
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in similar position
