Job Description
- Establish Strategic policies & regulations that increase the efficiency of the procurement department within the company.
- Identify proper equipment & staffing levels to load, unload, transfer or store materials.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify weaknesses and close operational gaps.
- Manage the procurement activities including; material requirements, inventory controlling, storing or receiving goods.
- Analyze information to evaluate the results in order to take the suitable decision and solve the shipping problems.
- Develop procedures to coordinate the activities of the supply chain department with the other functional areas as sales, marketing, finance, production and quality assurance.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a reputable University.
- 10 years’ experience in the same position.
- Experience in shipping and customs clearance of the industrial products is a Must.
- Management Certificate Holder is a Must.
- Excellent command of MS office
- Excellent command of written & spoken English language
- Excellent proven Leadership Skills.
- Excellent Time Management Skills.
- Flexible, Active & Can work under pressure
- Observer and attentive to details.
