Job Description
- This is a 1-month telemarketing project (not telesales)
Telemarketing Representative Responsibilities
- To spread awareness about specific government initiative that is related to renewable energy
- The job is to call the target customers, explain the initiative, respond to questions and invite them to fill an online application
Working Conditions:
- working hours: 8 hours per day/ 6 days per week (Friday OFF)
- Fixed shifts (between 7 am to 7 PM) No overnight shifts
- Work Location: Nasr City or Nozha
Job Requirements
- University graduate
- Very Good command of English
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Good command of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ready to join immediately
