Job Description

  • Develops and creates customer relationships in the area of responsibility
  • Developing UFTAS position in market area
  • Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire UFTAS sales team (e.g. cross-selling)
  • Ensures customer satisfaction and solving complaints with the rest of UFTAS team
  • Documents the customer and contact information and maintains customer data
  • Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets
  • Accountable for finding customer needs and that UFTAS ’s solution matches with the needs and providing pricing solutions
  • Validates that the contents of the order received from the customer are in line with the negotiation process outcome
  • Maintains full information of opportunities, tasks and visits
  • Responsible for gathering relevant information about market and competitors from the field
  • Maintains full information of opportunities, tasks and visits

Job Requirements

  • Excellent sales & business acumen skills
  • Self-driven when it comes to prospecting and initiating / following leads
  • The ability to work in a team environment and have strong customer focused skills.
  • Must be fluent in English
