Job Description
- Develops and creates customer relationships in the area of responsibility
- Developing UFTAS position in market area
- Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire UFTAS sales team (e.g. cross-selling)
- Ensures customer satisfaction and solving complaints with the rest of UFTAS team
- Documents the customer and contact information and maintains customer data
- Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets
- Accountable for finding customer needs and that UFTAS ’s solution matches with the needs and providing pricing solutions
- Validates that the contents of the order received from the customer are in line with the negotiation process outcome
- Maintains full information of opportunities, tasks and visits
- Responsible for gathering relevant information about market and competitors from the field

Job Requirements
- Excellent sales & business acumen skills
- Self-driven when it comes to prospecting and initiating / following leads
- The ability to work in a team environment and have strong customer focused skills.
- Must be fluent in English
