- Managing Facebook Messages providing customers / potential customers with sufficient information about our services and products.
- Making and responding to phone calls and communicating with customers in order to sell or promote a certain product.
- Handling customers queries and problems quickly and efficiently.
- Following up with customers on their orders and fulfilling sales goals.
- Establishing and maintaining professional customer relationships .
- Following management instructions and guidelines specifically and accurately.
- Providing sales reports and attending team meetings when required.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English Listening and writing
- Proven work experience as a Sales, Customer Service or similar role
- Excellent Selling, Communication and Negotiation skills
- Strong Phone Calls Handling and Written Communication skills and Active listening
- Great Problem-solving Skills, confident at troubleshooting and Problem investigation
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Messenger, Whatsapp
- Familiarity with CRM practices
- Good understanding of Sales & customer Service KPIs
