Job Description

  • Managing Facebook Messages providing customers / potential customers with sufficient information about our services and products.
  • Making and responding to phone calls and communicating with customers in order to sell or promote a certain product.
  • Handling customers queries and problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Following up with customers on their orders and fulfilling sales goals.
  • Establishing and maintaining professional customer relationships .
  • Following management instructions and guidelines specifically and accurately.
  • Providing sales reports and attending team meetings when required.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English Listening and writing
  • Proven work experience as a Sales, Customer Service or similar role
  • Excellent Selling, Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Strong Phone Calls Handling and Written Communication skills and Active listening
  • Great Problem-solving Skills, confident at troubleshooting and Problem investigation
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Messenger, Whatsapp
  • Familiarity with CRM practices
  • Good understanding of Sales & customer Service KPIs
