Job Description
For the CMA holders, a well-known international company located in Cairo, Egypt is hiring "Senior accountant"
- Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information
- Maintain and balances accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies
- Maintains general ledger
- Prepare the standard budgets for revenues and expenses including ME, G&A, Employees cost and regulatory expenses and review all activities versus budget and prepare variance analysis
- Settlement of invoice payments and facilitates financial transactions with distributors
- Secure approval process steps for all expenses and payments before proceeding for execution
- Issuance of revenue invoices
- Validate and reconcile revenue discrepancies
- Follow up on receivables and secure receivables aging as per the guidelines
- Handle accounts payables and secure payables aging as per the guidelines
- Receive confirmation from key service providers and customers on closing balance on a bi-annual basis
- Generate management reports on company activities and track official tax expenses when appropriate
- Prepares the demand forecasting and order placement with distributors to secure a consistent supply
- Prepares and communicates the production/delivery matrix
- Monitor and maintains adequate stock levels and preparing periodical stock reports
- Monitor and secure the internal stock movement between physical/virtual locations
- Control and prevent unfavorable surplus/shortage stocks as well as expiry risk prevention
- Compliance with PA financial policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- CMA Holder
- 3+ years of experience
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in the Pharmaceuticals industry is preferred
- General knowledge of financial Software
