Job Description

JOB DUTIES:

  • Providing quality customer service
  • Keeping record of patients; and generating all reports related to the guest agenda, satisfaction, requirements, etc.
  • Fulfilling all requests from the patients to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety.
  • Administering all reservations, cancellations and no-shows.
  • Managing time efficiently and working on the weekly schedule of operations.
  • Coordinating with the hospital and Dr. Ahmed Marzouk's team.
  • Dealing with all potential guests inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via email.
  • Responding to any crisis faced with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Supervising the work flow at the clinics and helping initiate a reservation system for the best interest.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in English Language (preferably private language school graduate).
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Residency in Tagamo3 or Rehab or nearby places
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • Presentable and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Maximum age 32
