Job Description
- Responsible for reservations, Issue, re-issue, re-validation and refund tickets on Amadeus.
- Reply to requests from our valuable clients and different company branches and departments including Umrah & Hajj Department.
- Receive and handle customer’s complaint and communicate with concerned related parties to maintain customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 0 to 2 years’ experience in ticketing & tourism
- Good communication & customer service skills.
- Interpersonal ability and telephone skills.
- Good English Language Level (writing –understanding).
- University degree in tourism or management field is a prerequisite.
- Excellent customer service skills which provide solutions and meet clients concerns.
- Excellent general information about touristic locations, capital of counties, etc...
