Job Description
- Generate flow sheets and intelligent P&ID's in accordance with established company work instructions, guides, and standards.
- Communicate any deviations expected to budget and schedule
- Ensure that the requirements defined in the work instructions are followed
- Assist in the development and maintenance of company graphical standards and symbols as directed by the P&ID Administrator.
- Maintain data contained within the related databases of project drawings.
- Perform validation checks on the drawings generated.
- Extract, plot and deliver drawings for review and issuance to the Plant Engineer as defined in the Work Instructions.
- Generate reports for extract line lists, equipment lists, instrument lists, valve lists and neutral files into company standard formats
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of drafting experience
- Competency with AutoCAD and MicroStation
- Solid experience in operating Piping & Instrumental Diagrams
- Some knowledge of process flow diagrams, P&ID'S
- Understanding of other discipline requirements.
- Ability to problem-solve effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong analytical, literacy and numerical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
