Job Description
- Installation & configuration of a company’s computers hardware operating systems and applications.
- Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
- Analysis of call logs in order to discover any underlying issues or trends.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Responding to ticket assigned in a timely fashion.
- Responsible for networks & hardware
Job Requirements
- University Degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of - MCSA, CCNA and servers environment is preferable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- The capacity to work well within a team.
- Attention to details.
- Logical thinking.
- Expert knowledge in how operating systems and software works.
- Interpersonal skills as you will regularly be in contact with colleagues.
- The ability to priorities your workload.
- The capacity to clearly explain a technical problem to colleagues
