Job Description
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with all departments and
- stakeholders
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Measure and track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Manage the relationship with company clients and all company vendors.
- Ability to relocate and move according to business need.
- Assisting with all aspects of administrative management and logistics.
- Generate memos, emails, faxes, and reports when appropriate.
- Preparing business correspondence, agendas, and presentations, typically
- using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
- Performing multifaceted general office support.
- Sending and receiving posts and documents as needed.
- Assisting in various daily operations.
- Operating a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers.
- Greeting visitors and manage meetings with the concerned parties.
- Making travel arrangements such as (Hotel booking, transportation …Etc.)
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Managing documents and files.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, events and other similar activities.
