Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Analyze changes to, or the development of, products and services and plan design.
- Run and manage appropriate tests to ensure that requirements have been fully met.
- Identify the most effective techniques, data sets and tools to use to run the tests.
- Communicate defects or trends clearly to software developers, outlining how defects are identified and the possible causes.
- Lead the process of effectively ensuring all defects , enhancements & requirements are effectively communicated , addressed and fixed starting from the development team till it reaches the client.
- Design, or provide assurance for, appropriate risk-based end-to-end system integration test models.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience of web / mobile testing.
- Perfect command of spoken and written English.
- ISTQB/CT-FL certification is a plus.
- Experience with Insurance and HRMS systems is a great Plus.
- Good experience with SQL.
- Good proven Knowledge of agile Scrum.
- Previous experience with Customer interaction.
- Experience with JIRA / Defect management tools.
- Automation testing is a great plus.
- Working under minimal supervision
- User oriented
- Fast learner & ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of

- Experience in non-functional testing: automation& performance is a must.
