Job Description

  • Coordinate and Integrate business and marketing objectives between the business, marketing department and advertising agencies of all segments, turn them into marketing activities in order to achieve an effective marketing campaigns.
  • Assist and develop marketing activities for the consumer banking segments & products that would help achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain consistency of all communicated messages to customers for consumer banking products & segments as well as promoting them in the most effective manner taking into consideration the data driven approach.
  • Handle the daily workflow with agencies, suppliers and ensure the abidance to projects/jobs set delivery dates.
  • Work closely with business functions on design, distribution, website updates.
  • Maintain very good communication and teamwork with branches, support departments and distribution channels.
  • Deliver and monitor collaterals in terms of artwork, resizing, new concept, campaigns, events, merchandising collaterals, advertorials, customers statements, meanwhile assisting and handling all above the line ATL & below the line BTL communications activities and execution.
  • Assist in managing events logistics & arrangements along with Corporate Communication team.
  • Handle all related customers applications and forms for the assigned product/segment in alignment with the corporate identity set guidelines.
  • Handle the distribution of all marketing manuals/materials prior to campaign launch.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of events materials.
  • Assist in monitoring the results of any project launched, preparing of necessary reports; presentations, follow-up on ROI reports and generated campaigns leads.

  • Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Day-to-day operations

  • Implement the day-to-day operations assigned to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.

Compliance

  • Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor degree of Marketing, Advertising, Mass-communication, Commerce, Business Administration, or its equivalent
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Marketing functions

Skills

  • Good command of English and Arabic languages
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Good Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
