Job Description
- You will create applications from scratch, configure existing systems and provide user support.
- Your goal will be to work with internal teams to design, develop and maintain software.
- Should have applied agile methodology in previous positions, have experience in design and developing software with object-oriented languages, and have experience in UML documentation.
- You will primarily be involved in the development of new features, enhancements to existing functionality, defect investigation/resolution and design documentation.
- Collaborate with team to brainstorm and create new products
- Design, code, test, debug and document software according to the functional requirements
- Analyze, diagnose and resolve errors related to their applications
- Create software designs and technical documentation
- Review code for conformance to coding guidelines
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in leading a team before minimum 3 years.
- Proven past experience as a professional Software Engineer in Software Development and coding.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Familiar with various design and architectural patterns.
- Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
- Extensive knowledge of C# using Visual Studio using Web forms, MVC and Entity Framework.
- Experience writing SQL queries for SQL Server or another Relational Database is required.
- Experience building complex web systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.
- Experience implementing and consuming large scale web services.
- Experience with professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Experience in source control systems like TFS, VSTS / Azure DevOps, GIT
- Experience in Unit testing
