Job Description

  • Perform office management activities.
  • Deliver/pick up documents when needed.
  • Help in reserving transportation for the team.
  • Manage stakeholders' request fulfillment process
  • Revise and report the stationary, buffet, and the other necessary materials' needs.
  • Manage all office administrative tasks including: reception, cleaning service, purchasing, maintenance, office policies, etc..

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Preferably a male
  • 1-2 years of experience.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good command of English.
  • Good Computer skills.
  • Good at Microsoft office.
