- Perform office management activities.
- Deliver/pick up documents when needed.
- Help in reserving transportation for the team.
- Manage stakeholders' request fulfillment process
- Revise and report the stationary, buffet, and the other necessary materials' needs.
- Manage all office administrative tasks including: reception, cleaning service, purchasing, maintenance, office policies, etc..
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree

- 1-2 years of experience.
- Strong communication skills
