Job Description
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about services.
- Answer/Ask questions about services or the company to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Setting up meetings with clients.
- Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities.
- Keep an updated customer database.
- Generate new business lead.
- Carrying out market research on how to address customers
Job Requirements
- 2: 4 years' experience in the advertising field especially in media production, Infographic & 3D animation.
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
