Job Description

  • Achieve/Exceed target sales volume and value
  • Expand customer base by acquiring new customers
  • Develop a long-term relationship with customers.
  • Handle customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Monitor credit limits, periods and cash collection to ensure timely payments
  • Deliver monthly sales plan to planning and work with them on trade-offs to reach the optimum production plan.
  • Attend exhibitions, conferences and other marketing events either internally or outside Egypt.
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships with customers
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
  • Provide information to product owners to help in the development of the market study specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitors activities, promotional strategy and sales efforts)

Job Requirements

  • University Degree.
  • Considerable knowledge about government regulations for importing and exporting.

Skills & Physical Demands:

  • Excellent command of English.
  • Very Good command of MS office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and customer oriented.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Good time management skills.
  • Strong track record of negotiating logistics terms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight situations.
  • Accountable for results with a sense of urgency to realize goals.
