Job Description
Warehouse (RM & FG)
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and

Planing:
- Ensure that optimum inventory level of raw materials (RM) and Finished Goods (FG) in each Farm are maintained to meet or exceed customer order fill rates.
- Identify and resolve supply exceptions by expediting purchase orders, re-allocating existing inventory and establishing safety stock parameters.
- Actively participate in the coordination of cross-functional activities to ensure that supply of raw materials and finished goods (FG) in each location are sufficient basis the demand forecast.
- Utilization of a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing and Customer Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
- Evaluates operations and activities of assigned responsibilities
Purchasing:
- Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
- Reform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmark
- Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
Logistics:
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
- Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Supply chain manager At least 6 years in the same position
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Proficient in standard logistics software
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
