Job Description
- Responsible for managing the whole sales division.
- Actively identify new business opportunities/ sectors to expand the business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current clients.
- Study competitors product lines and develop materials to support sales activities.
- Monitor a team of sales representatives.
- Set plans and targets for the team.
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in any relevant field, MBA is a huge plus
- 15+ years of extensive experience in a similar role, at least 7 years in a managerial role
- Previous experience within a medical institution is a huge plus.
- Previous experience within a multi-national environment is a huge plus.
- Excellent command of both written & spoken English
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Strong Organizational and Problem Solving Skills
