Job Description
- Responsible for managing Districts Sales and managing sales reps' performance.
- Responsible for managing the sales activities of the assigned region to ensure maximum market penetration.
- Responsible for leading a team who will be dedicated to meeting or exceeding sales objectives and enhancing the stature of the company.
- Responsible for the recruiting, training, developing and leadership of his\her team.
- Responsible for staffing region with high quality individuals through an aggressive program of recruiting, selection, training and development.
- Reviews, analyzes revises, communicates and implements company sales policies and procedures through the leadership/execution of the sales team in a direct sales in a growing pharmaceutical market.
- A District Sales Manager oversees a company’s sales force and develops sales plans and projections for a given region.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in any relevant field, MBA is a huge plus
- 7-12+ years of extensive experience in a similar role, at least 4 years in a managerial role
- Previous experience within a medical institution is a huge plus.
- Previous experience within a multi-national environment is a huge plus.
- Excellent command of both written & spoken English
