Job Description
- Responsible for providing world class customer experience for the Spanish account.
- Handles incoming and outgoing billing calls.
- Records transactions in excel sheet and online system.
- Schedules cash collections and cash distribution with 3rd party courier companies.
- Follow ups on 3rd party courier companies.
- Responds to billing emails.
- First line of defense in billing problems.
Job Requirements
- BSc Degree in any Relevant Field
- 1 to 3+ years of extensive experience in sales, customer service or any relevant field, preferably within a multinational account, TALENTED fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- V. Good command of spoken Spanish is a MUST.
- Good Command of Spoken & Written English
- Excellent Communication & Problem Solving Skills
- Team Player
