Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Order processing from quotation to delivery.
  • Review and validation of sales quotations provided by Sales.
  • Review and validation of vendor cost quotation.
  • Cross referencing and checking of information for completeness and accuracy across multiple quotations and orders.
  • Track / resolve matters related to all sales orders, including order variations, amendments and updates.
  • Review and re-validation of orders in case of order amendments and cancellation.
  • Preparation of clear and precise instructions to order takers.
  • Monitor all orders raising process and ensure that it is completed timely.
  • Monitor all Purchase Order (PO) / Sales Order (SO).
  • Proactively communicate with the Sales team, Product Managers, Procurement team, Finance team and Credit team on order processing and delivery status.
  • Ensure the order raising meets the expected SLA.
  • Issue invoices and credit notes.
  • Serve as the primary interface between sales and other operational functions developing sales processes and procedures.
  • Ensures efficiency and effectiveness in the day-to-day tasks and processes.
  • Customer verification and set up new customer accounts.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications and Educational Requirement

  • Commercial knowledge and/or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales
  • 1-3 years previous support/customer service experience is an asset
  • Written and spoken English
  • Proven ability to maintain professional relationships internal/external
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to advise management and staff of status on work and potential issues
  • Proven ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization;
  • Ability to generate a common drive in the team to get the job done;
  • Proven ability to resolve complex problems with minor direction from management apply judgment in particular situations;
  • Proven ability to achieve results through monitoring and influencing others;
  • Thrives in a fact paved environment;
  • Proven management skills meet deadlines;
  • Proactive
  • Detailed oriented and аanalytical;
  • Knowledge of general computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel);
