Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Order processing from quotation to delivery.
- Review and validation of sales quotations provided by Sales.
- Review and validation of vendor cost quotation.
- Cross referencing and checking of information for completeness and accuracy across multiple quotations and orders.
- Track / resolve matters related to all sales orders, including order variations, amendments and updates.
- Review and re-validation of orders in case of order amendments and cancellation.
- Preparation of clear and precise instructions to order takers.
- Monitor all orders raising process and ensure that it is completed timely.
- Monitor all Purchase Order (PO) / Sales Order (SO).
- Proactively communicate with the Sales team, Product Managers, Procurement team, Finance team and Credit team on order processing and delivery status.
- Ensure the order raising meets the expected SLA.
- Issue invoices and credit notes.
- Serve as the primary interface between sales and other operational functions developing sales processes and procedures.
- Ensures efficiency and effectiveness in the day-to-day tasks and processes.
- Customer verification and set up new customer accounts.
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications and Educational Requirement
- Commercial knowledge and/or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in sales
- 1-3 years previous support/customer service experience is an asset
- Written and spoken English
- Proven ability to maintain professional relationships internal/external
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to advise management and staff of status on work and potential issues
- Proven ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization;
- Ability to generate a common drive in the team to get the job done;
- Proven ability to resolve complex problems with minor direction from management apply judgment in particular situations;
- Proven ability to achieve results through monitoring and influencing others;
