Main Responsibilities:

  • Shop management; you will be in charge of the content quality and assortment growth
  • Weekly campaigns preparation
  • Global consignment management; you will be in charge of PO’s management, stock flow and inbound follow-up
  • Daily operations performance follow up
  • Seller payments & contracts follow up
  • Customer Experience & Vendor Experience related issues resolution follow up

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree graduate
  • 1 to 3 years of experience, preferable in operations or customer relations experience
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English Language
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Details oriented, problem solving & good communication skills
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial and has proven ability to deliver exceptional results
  • Thorough working knowledge of MS Office, e.g. solid and sound Excel knowledge
