Job Description
- Plan, implement and maintain digital marketing strategies according to the market and company’s prospective.
- Prepares content plans for different digital platforms
- Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
- Monitor, measure, optimize and respond to engagement on digital channels according to the company’s perspective
- Responsible for company website
- Monitor trends in social media best practices, tools, applications, channels, design and strategy and recommend new strategies accordingly
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench marking, messaging and audience identification
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer care, sales, technical support) to manage replying to inquiries and reputation
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns through quantitative and qualitative data, analyze and provide recommendations for revising and improving campaigns both in real-time and for future initiatives
- Prepare content for website and load content into the content management system for final publication
- Online competition analysis and monitoring competitors’ online behaviors; their channels & their campaigns and monitoring other agents’ online behaviors and campaigns
- Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business and reports notable threats to appropriate management.
- Monthly reports including budget expenditure, campaign analysis, traffic reports & recommendations
