Job Description
- Monitor the quality of the performance of the operations team and insure they follow quality standards.
- Report quality violation if needed.
- Support in the operations on-boarding program by training newcomers on quality standards and procedures and coaching/monitoring them remotely or in person.
- Conduct refreshment sessions to make sure that all operation teams are updated with the latest quality updates.
- Consult operations team members in any quality related inquiries.
- Investigate complaints according to investigation process and send the outcome to the concerned team and the Quality Manager.
- Follow-up and validate NPS "Net Promoter Scores" and send outcomes to the concerned team and the Quality Manager.
- Attend job fairs to support in filtering job seekers and employers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any relative major.
- 1 – 3 Years of experience in the Customer Service or Sales Field.
- Detail orientation and passion about process improvement.
- Very good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point).
- Excellent Command of English.
- Very good business writing skills.
