Job Description

  • Monitor the quality of the performance of the operations team and insure they follow quality standards.
  • Report quality violation if needed.
  • Support in the operations on-boarding program by training newcomers on quality standards and procedures and coaching/monitoring them remotely or in person.
  • Conduct refreshment sessions to make sure that all operation teams are updated with the latest quality updates.
  • Consult operations team members in any quality related inquiries.
  • Investigate complaints according to investigation process and send the outcome to the concerned team and the Quality Manager.
  • Follow-up and validate NPS "Net Promoter Scores" and send outcomes to the concerned team and the Quality Manager.
  • Attend job fairs to support in filtering job seekers and employers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any relative major.
  • 1 – 3 Years of experience in the Customer Service or Sales Field.
  • Detail orientation and passion about process improvement.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point).
  • Excellent Command of English.
  • Very good business writing skills.
