Job Description
- Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls (configuration & troubleshooting)
- Implementing LAN technologies (VLAN, VTP, inter-VLAN routing, HSRP, NTP,...) and WAN technologies.
- Work directly with customers to provide Level 2 hands-on support of routers, switches and firewalls.
- Preparing reports, documentations and Network Diagrams
- Basic knowledge in WAN technologies.
- Monitor network and security performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communication / computer engineering.
- CCNA certification is a must.
- CCNA security Certifications plus.
- Have experience in Cisco Routers, Switches, PIX, ASA
- Strong team player with solid interpersonal skills
- 0 - 2 years’ experience.
