Job Description
- Creating\Publishing different digital content for social media, websites, newsletter and whatever required in English and Arabic language.
- Ensuring SEO compatibility of content with right use of keywords
- Tracking each web page and ensuring content is the best fit with the responsive design of that page.
- Creating and develop content descriptions for the products
- Ensuring consistent style and tone throughout all product descriptions.
- Ensuring information about products is correctly described, consistent & meeting customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring continually the website in a proactive manner to ensure that information is accurate, content is current and pages are free of errors.
- Collaborating with the digital media team in brainstorming, delivering new ideas, new trends and concepts on social media channels.
- Day-to-day management and development of the content on company website and social media platforms.
- Conducing, gathering, and analyzing market research to determine social media opportunities and Monitor trends in social media tools, technologies, platforms and strategies to determine approaches that best support our customer segments.
- Researching industry-related topics
- Interviewing industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts
- Conducting keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
- Promoting content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
- Identifying customers’ needs and recommend new topics
- Coordinating with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
- Measuring web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
Job Requirements
- Minimum (3-5years) experience as a web content writer.
- Native-level English writing skills + excellent Arabic writing skills.
- Good command of MS Office & Excel.
- Translation skills is a plus.
- Conduct high-quality researches and researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original.
- Write a clear and attractive copy of product descriptions.
- Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach.
- Skilled in writing clear, concise and grammatically correct copies.
- Familiarity with keyword placement and SEO.
- Great time management skills to be able to keep up with required output.
- Versatile content creation skills (portfolio/samples required).
- The ability to adopt different mindsets for different types of content creation.
