Job Description
We are hiring an experienced office admin to apply all company administration needs
- Answer phones and operate a switchboard.
- Route calls to specific people.
- Answer inquiries about company.
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- Coordinate office activities.
- Hand out candidates applications.
- Send email and faxes.
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
- Scan contacts and upload them on the CRM co-coordinating with the sales operation department
