Job Description

We are hiring an experienced office admin to apply all company administration needs

  • Answer phones and operate a switchboard.
  • Route calls to specific people.
  • Answer inquiries about company.
  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
  • Coordinate office activities.
  • Hand out candidates applications.
  • Send email and faxes.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
  • Scan contacts and upload them on the CRM co-coordinating with the sales operation department
