Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for implementing quality checks on electronic products in all warehouses : inbound, inventory and order processing
- Design guidelines for best packing and restoring conditions for every product type
- Train QC agents on the best quality check method to ensure 100% accuracy
- Audit 5S activities in every team and make sure that all adhere to the process
- Audit the workflow of the process to ensure high efficiency
- Plan audits for all the inventory zones to ensure the efficiency of the workflow process
- Develop root cause analysis to eliminate high returns on SKUs
Job Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hard Worker
- Self-motivated
- Work under stress in different conditions
- Excellent communication skills
- QA experience is preferable
- 5S and Kaizen background
- Very Good English
- Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office
