Job Description
- Manages the day to day operations, IT operations services and application servers running smoothly.
- Ensure that all operation services are working handling servers logs and critical attentions from main servers and reports for critical issues.
- Respond to all users' queries and requests.
- Manages storages, Virtualization Servers, Shared folders, smart printing Plant Press application.
- Ensure a daily backup process for main servers.
- Setup main Domain and sub-domains for different business premises.
- Manage inventory, Hardware and ensure high availability and follow up while updating software licenses.
- Attending all process for SAP basis start / stop SAP application on UNIX operating system.
- Implementing and follow-up security policies for domain, groups and users.
- Troubleshooting for hardware debugs, alerts and failures and reports scallion.
- Maintain and reports the following services: Network, Internet, Intranet, Access control, attendance system and surveillance system.C
Job Requirements
- 5 - 10 years' of experience
- Bachelors' of computers & information sciences
- Knowledge of CISCO & firewall systems
- Virtualization infrastructure (VMWare technology)
