Job Description
- To make outbound calls to the company's existing customers in Dubai.
- Identify the customer’s needs, clarify information, research inquires, and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Verifying account information and ensuring orders are processed accurately.
- Confirm Customers orders in details including delivery address, number of units…etc.
- All interactions must be documented and need to be entered into a CRM system.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- English level at least should be good.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Not exceeding 30 years old.
- Must work 9 hours a day, 5 working days a week.
