Job Description

  • To make outbound calls to the company's existing customers in Dubai.
  • Identify the customer’s needs, clarify information, research inquires, and provide solutions in a timely manner
  • Verifying account information and ensuring orders are processed accurately.
  • Confirm Customers orders in details including delivery address, number of units…etc.
  • All interactions must be documented and need to be entered into a CRM system.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • English level at least should be good.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Not exceeding 30 years old.
  • Must work 9 hours a day, 5 working days a week.
