Job Description
- Execute customs clearance procedures of all incoming/outgoing shipments.
- Communicate with the Airlines / Shipping lines to confirm the status of shipments.
- Withdraw shipping documents from either shipping companies or their agents.
- Cooperate with the customs clearance agent to finish the clearing work in the Airport / Seaport.
- Report all customs clearance costs supported with the Invoices.
- Report the problems in customs clearance work to Direct Manager, and get needed approval to solve it.
- Complete other tasks will be assigned from direct Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Experience in dealing with Airlines / shipping lines
- Clear understanding of custom clearance process & procedures.
- Good English level.
- Good Computer Skills.
- Highly organized
- Analytical with high detailed orientation
- Ability to work in a team
- Well Organised.
- Can handle stress and meet deadlines.
- Fast learner.
- High communication & negotiation skills.
- Experience in working in Free Zones is an advantage.
