Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for all the non-technical tasks in the company such as:

  • Facility management
  • Coordination with Legal and Financial parties
  • Simple financial activities
  • HR
  • Procurement
  • Filing, Documentation
  • Faxes, E-mails
  • Events coordination, management and participation
  • Invoicing and collection from customers
  • Coordination with all external parties
  • CEO Assistant (Simple personal staff & administrative staff)
  • Liaise between the CEO and the company staff
  • Just to sum it up, you will be responsible to get things done with minimal supervision

Job Requirements

  • Four+ years of experience
  • Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)
  • Fluent in Arabic (Writing official governmental letters and faxes)
  • Professional in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • ICDL is a must
  • Presentable
  • Self-managed, committed and loyal person
  • Highly organized person
  • Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure
  • Someone able to get things done with minimal supervision
  • Pro-active
  • Having sense of humor
  • Passionate about what you do
  • Proven track of success
  • Time management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driving license
  • Energized person
