Site Manager - Mechanical

My responsibilities were:

• Prepare the project’s baseline program in coordination with the planning engineer.
• Prepare all the project resources forecasts (Manpower, Plant) in coordination with the Planning engineer in order to load the baseline program’s resources and further maintain all Resources to be within the project budget.
• Implement Safety Management.
• Keeping accurate administrative records of expenditure, accounting, costing and billing.
• Prepare all the site layouts and plans.
• Manage and lead a team of site engineers and foremen to ensure proper implementation of all construction activities onsite.
• manage, supervise, and coordinate sub-contractors onsite.
• Prepare requisitions for the required materials and equipment.
• Holding weekly internal and external meetings on progress.
• Developing budgets and agreeing project time scales.· Responsible for costing, estimating and planning projects.
• Writing detailed and summarized project progress reports.
• Responsible for resource management.
• Experience in working with stakeholders, and solution providers.
• Creating effective, informed and highly motivated teams focused on delivery.
• Tracking activities against the detailed project plans.
• Holding weekly internal and external meetings on progress.
• Ensuring HSE regulations and quality.
• Managing staff to ensure that all milestones are achieved within the agreed time frames.
• Ensuring effective quality control processes are in place to monitor deliverable produced.
• Responsible for identifying, analyzing, measuring and managing project risks.
