Job Description
Job Purpose
Actively develop business and manage relationships with customers in assigned markets to maximize profitable growth for the company to achieve targets effectively.
Major Responsibilities
Market Analysis
- Develop business through market research and early identification of project opportunities
- Use approved sales tool to track and monitor future project opportunities.
- Feedback on portfolio gaps and future customer needs to support company’s future expansion.
- New approaches with existing customers to get maximum available orders.
- Plans to hit new markets for the company.
Pre-Sales & Customer Relationship Management
- Understand customer needs and identify opportunities
- Pursue and build business and relationships through proactive selling
- Promote and sell the full portfolio of assigned products to identified Customers.
- Perform account management tasks as requested.
Sales
- Achieve assigned sales order volume / Personal target.
- Present and actively follow up on quotations to secure business.
- Utilize all opportunities to sell additional services to customers.
- Follow up with tendering team to get the proper quotation in due time & Ensure price quality.
Reporting
- Prepare, analyze and compose periodical quantitative reports regarding work schedule deviations and achievements.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience Required
- B.Sc. of Fine / Applied Arts or Architect Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in sales activities
- Excellent user for Microsoft office, specially excel, word, power point
- Office Furniture / Design background is plus
