Job Description
- The ideal candidate has the vision and drive to try new approaches based on data, experience and instincts.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Preparing the selling strategy of the company to achieve sales targets.
- Help train and develop the sales team
- Monitor the performance of individuals within the sales department.
- Setting targets for the team and leading them to execute the sales plan to achieve the targeted sales and adjust their performance to achieve the required target.
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
- Analyzing results and generate new sales reports.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Job Requirements
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Punctuality and reliability are mandatory!!!
- Experience in the field of Real Estate.
- Ability to work under pressure and to work in team.
