Job Description

  • Manage customers incoming calls.
  • Generate sales leads.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools to the customers.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Job Requirements

  • Passion for customer serving.
  • Cairo residency is a must.
  • Bachelor's Degree ( Fresh graduates are preferred)
  • Gender: Females only.
  • Medium level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
