Job Description
- Manage customers incoming calls.
- Generate sales leads.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools to the customers.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

Job Requirements
- Passion for customer serving.
- Cairo residency is a must.
- Bachelor's Degree ( Fresh graduates are preferred)
- Gender: Females only.
- Medium level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
