Job Description:
- Manage customer with a technical problem for a product.
- Answer the technical question regard product.
- Determination the best solution for business.
- Supported by on-going visits to customers.
Duties:
- Install, Manage and Administrate servers which includes both physical and Virtual environment (VM Ware).
- Manage Domain controller, Microsoft Exchange server
- Troubleshooting and resolving high complexity customer faults on Microsoft Technologies
- Coordinate installation of software system
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience in Microsoft Environment.
- Experience in data Storage and Visualization.
- Networking background
- MCSE certification is mandatory.
- Experience in using vCenter , VSphere 6.5 , V-Motion and VMware ESXI
