Job Description
- Preparation of periodic financial statements monthly/quarterly/yearly.
- Assist in summarizing the financial reports relating to expenditure management activities and costs at the project level on a regular basis.
- Assist with audit activities with the Office of the Controller of Auditors by providing the necessary information and preparing the required documents.
- Monitoring and recording of financial transactions in accordance with the policies and regulations of the company and the Egyptian accounting standards and applicable laws.
- Contribute recommendations and proposals for changes in the current accounting procedures.
- Provide guidance to other accountants when needed.
- Respond to accounting queries from management in a timely manner.
- Monitoring of expenditure, analysis of income, determination of variances in financial reports and periodic financial statements and reporting thereon to the administration.
- Analyze financial contradictions and recommend effective decisions.
- Generate financial reports and data for managers for review.
- Follow-up of periodic operations on the DoubleClick ERP program
- Coordinate with the financial team to complete the accounting tasks assigned in the deadlines.
- Conducting financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
- Dealing with all types of taxes and preparing for tax inspection.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Experience in working as an accounting manager-at least 4 years
- Ability to handle large amounts of data
- Ability to implement the principles of accounting, practices, standards, laws and regulations governing
- Careful attention to detail, accuracy and delivery of works according to a time-bound schedule
- Ability to supervise
- Advanced computer skills on Microsoft Office, accounting software and ERP databases
