Job Description
- Gaining an understanding of client aspirations.
- Site analysis leading to development of project brief.
- Generation of design options for discussion with client.
- Development of agreed design.
- Finalizing design and preparation of tender documents.
- Evaluation of tender returns and advice client.
- Preparation of full production drawings.
- Carrying out the agreed role during the construction phase.
- Monitoring of quality and project management.
- Identifying minor defects that need to be rectified (snagging list).
- Issuing the monthly and final requisitions.
Job Requirements
- Solution-focused design skills
- Professional communication and writing skills in(English/Arabic).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal people skills required.
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
- Mid-level professional (4-7 years max.) with specialized experience in the banking sector.
- On-site field construction administration experience in retail and banks branches (at least 10 branches).
- In office construction administration experience on at least 10 projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop (release 2016 or newer)
- Proficiency in 3D modeling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Practical application and working knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite, Primavera and MS project.
