Job Description
- Enter the client data on the system
- Contact new customers to confirm the data
- Contact customers to propose the apartments and projects available at the company.
- Know the customer's interest and determine their needs and try to provide them from within the available in the company.
- Try to persuade the client to visit the company to learn more about the projects.
- Follow-up customers and build a strong professional relationship with them.
- Provide the necessary reports about the leads and customers to managers
- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
