Job Description
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Business development Carry out tele-sales activities to promote and sell the Bank’s products
- Marketing skills Raise the profile of ABK's products and services and Deliver presentations and achieve sales of ABK's products and services
- Cross selling Promote ABK and its products and services and Develop other business from customers other than salary acquisition – e.g. Loans, deposits, credit cards
- Sales Support Deliver sales in line with sales targets and budgets (higher target than Junior staff)
- Team Work Support Junior staff and new recruited staff to be in the right track to reach the target
- Date Process: Complete credit applications then follow through to obtain the salary continuation certificate, Loan credited, or Credit Card issued and keep following up with the customers to get referral
- Complaints Management Handle issues raised by clients as part of the sales process
- Products knowledge Answer product queries and provide client reassurance
- Customer satisfaction Provide customer service at all stages of sales/conversion process
