Job Description
Job purpose:
To Support all Payroll operations & reporting day to day tasks
ACCOUNTABILITY
- Coordinate with all operational partners to assure the payroll operation are done in the agreed SLAs
- Follow up of new Accounts opening status & Debit cards issuance & delivery.
- Uploading New Accounts customers Data on IT tool to open accounts on System
- Issuing reports related to Payroll daily, monthly production & offers.
- Follow up with the respective department and ensure safe return of companies’ documentations, Account opening forms & Payroll contracts as per schedule.
- Corporate Governance & Compliance: work fully according to a) Bank’s policies & procedures b) All compliance regulations (including AML).
