Job Description
- Identifying and evaluating the technology solutions to improve the business performance and strategy.
- Finding the root that causes the application malfunction.
- Escalating the issue to the senior engineers, who will formulate a plan to address the issue and dictates the said plan.
- Fore-sighting and identifying the Potential Issues to anticipate and address them before they becoming issues.
- Working with the Cross-Functional teams by supporting them on a daily basis to contribute with their employer’s overall IT needs and strategies.
