Job Description
We are looking to hire general accountant in part time basis since we have only few transactions and work during month .
- Record financial transactions in accounting software and Supervise , ensure efficient working of all financial transactions in company .
- Monitor account reconciliation, issuing invoices & monthly tax calculations .
- Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, Evaluating, promoting, and terminating.
- Payroll reconciliation .
- Assist in prepare financial statements .
Job Requirements
- RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE : 1- 2 years of work experience in similar position
- EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT : Bachelor degree in accounting or related fields.
- SKILLS : Well organized, Good communication and time management skills.
